花屋の店先に並んだ

Many flowers I've been looking at
were displayed at the florist's show-window.
People will choose the favorite flower in the shop,
but they're all beautiful and hard to be chosen.
They all seem never to be boasting the beauties,
but they're participating with prides in the bucket.
But why do people like to compare at all times,
as their pretty pointless jobs?
Why do all the people want to win
and to be the first, though they're all different?
We all have different skills and careers
that have been in our lives.
Yes, we are all the different flowers
that have different seeds in this world.
So we'd make much effort to get bloom
on our individual flower.

There's a person who is wondering a long time
which flower would be the best.
It's so much difficult to choose
‘cause they're all the same beautiful.
I saw a girl's profile that was delighted
with the colorful bunch of flowers
She came out from a small shop
at the corner of the back street
I didn't know her name but I'd never forget her
who gave me a smile on that day
She was just like a blooming flower
at the unremarkable place
Yes, we are all the different flowers
that have different seeds in this world.
So we'd make much effort to get bloom
on our individual flower.

They aren't the same ones, small flowers or large flowers,
not the same. (Small one or big one)
No need to become as number one.
By nature we're all the special ones each.
