On a sports day at the elementary school
You got a first prize, I got a booby
I barely got into the goal with a shame
I wanted to run through away to my home

Full of pimples were on my face in my teens
Watched myself in the mirror every morning
You were wearing in the school uniform
You seemed so beautiful and elegant

I had tried to write a love letter to you
Many times I deleted, rewrote and read
And I put your name on the top
Then I tore it and put it into the garbage can

Long years, I haven't seen you since graduation
We happened to see at the downtown
And we crossed each other in couples
So I couldn't sleep well on that night

When I phoned you on the next day
I suggested dinner at a restaurant
Then I felt peace with your consent
